like oddly-shaped vessels, cracked, forming paths bridging eras.
One memory passed through the mind like sheet music, a blistering progression of notes. Dissonance explains a lot about a person
if they understand how to interact with unexpected violence.
For a year, no one moved and mostly bereft exclaiming:
